Not sure where to start, or wondering if Aquifer can be used in the pre-clerkship phase? Check out the links below:

  • Integrated Illness Scripts - Great way to get started with Aquifer. May be useful for the pre-clerkship phase to reinforce pathophysiology
  • Family Medicine - A signature course that includes 40 virtual patient cases. Although designed for clerkship, may direct pre-clerkship students to complete parts of cases to learn clinical/practical skills. May be used with simulation experiences for pre- and post-simulation learning. May be most useful in pre-clerkship and clerkship phase.
  • Clinical Excellence Cases - May be useful throughout the curriculum for special topics such as Palliative Care, Social Determinants of Health, Telemedicine, and more.
  • Calibrate - a formative assessment tool. Use Calibrate for Family Medicine in the clinical year at the beginning and end of rotations.

Still not sure where to start? Aquifer offers a Learning Objectives Mapping Service that may help you select content.
