Using the Advanced Search in PubMed can be a more efficient way to search this resource.
On the PubMed Advanced Search page:
Use the dropdown "All Fields" menu to select a specific type of term to add to the search box. Type your search term, then click add to add it to the Query box.

Searching by Journal using Advanced Search
To limit your search to articles published in a particular journal, select "Journal" from the dropdown menu. Then, start typing the journal name and select the correct name from the list that populates. Click add and the journal will be added to your search. Add other terms to your search as desired.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your search history. From here, you can view the search results as-is by clicking on the number of results, or click on the three dots under Actions to:
You can also download your full search history or delete it as desired.
