This guide includes collections of images and other multimedia (video, illustrations, audio and video) that may be useful for teaching, learning, or research.
Most of the sites on this page will allow the use of images for non-commercial purposes to an internal Belmont audience, such as use for lectures, as long as the image is correctly cited. Please check the copyright/usage policy of each site to ensure that your use in a fair use. See the Copyright tab for more information.
The tabs on the left include the following:
- Databases - The Medical Library subscribes to several databases that include images and other multimedia. The licenses allow instructors to download images (with citation included) to use for teaching to an internal, Belmont audience.
- Collections - These are large, general collections of images and multimedia freely available on the Web. We have tried to include open access resources, but be aware of the copyright policy of each site.
