Cumberland Medica seeks to promote academic growth and provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff of the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine to disseminate their scholarly and creative works.
The journal invites a wide range of submissions, including articles in the following categories: Research Article, Literature Review, Methodology Report, Case Report or Case Series, Medical Education, Medical Arts and Literature, Medical and Scientific Media, History of Medicine, Faith and Medicine, Service-Learning Reflections, Research Precis, and Opinions and Perspectives. All submissions will be subjected to editorial and/or peer review for consideration for publication in the journal. All publications are open access, with no charge to authors or readers.
